Fried Spring Rolls Content of Shoots From Semarang
Bahan Membuat Lumpia Goreng Isi Rebung Khas Semarang :
- 10 lembar kulit lumpia
- 2 sendok makan tepung terigu dan 1 sendok makan air, dilarutkan untuk perekat

- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons dried shrimp roasted, mashed
- 100 grams of peeled shrimp, roughly chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten off
- 200 grams of canned bamboo shoots, sliced matchsticks
- 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar

- 50 gram gula merah, disisir halus
- 25 gram gula pasir
- 1 sendok makan tepung sagu dan 2 sendok teh air, dilarutkan untuk pengental
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 300 ml of water

Cara Membuat Lumpia Goreng Asli Semarang Isi Rebung :
- Isi, panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang putih dan ebi sampai harum. Tambahkan udang. Aduk sampai berubah warna.
- Sisihkan di pinggir wajan. Masukkan telur. Aduk sampai berbutir. Tambahkan rebung. Aduk sampai layu.
- Masukkan saus tiram, kecap manis, garam, merica bubuk, dan gula pasir. Aduk sampai meresap.
- Ambil selembar kulit lumpia. Beri isi. Lipat dan gulung. Rekatkan dengan larutan tepung terigu. Goreng dalam minyak yang sudah dipanaskan sampai matang.
- Saus, rebus bawang putih dan air sampai mendidih. Masukkan gula merah, dan gula pasir. Aduk sampai larut. Kentalkan dengan larutan tepung sagu. Aduk sampai meletup-letup.
- Sajikan lumpia bersama saus dan pelengkap.
